Monica Okoh is the Director and Founder of AMKK Systems Inc. (Business No. BC1553066), a duly incorporated technology company registered in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. She established the company's corporate foundation, website, branding, and business materials — and continues to provide strategic governance and executive oversight across all of AMKK's operations and growth.
Monica champions a clear vision: building a technology company that contributes meaningfully to Canada's innovation economy. With a focus on operational integrity, stakeholder relationships, and sustainable business development, she ensures that AMKK's values — precision, accountability, and impact — are embedded in every engagement.
Ambrose Okoh is a Senior Software Architect and fintech specialist with over 17 years of enterprise technology delivery spanning Canada, Nigeria, South Africa, and Europe. He co-founded AMKK Systems Inc. to channel deep technical expertise into world-class technology products from British Columbia.
He serves concurrently as Senior Software Developer at Multigate Network Pay Inc. and on the Falcon project at Aristack International, bringing live production experience in SWIFT, ISO 20022, FIX protocol, and Azure cloud architecture. He holds an MBA from the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business, University of Victoria, and is a SWIFT-certified OmniVue platform builder.
